# Tokenomics

Allocations and Unlock schedule

**Bioxy (BXY)** will be unlocked in a Pre-determined schedule that lasts for 75 months from the public sale. The Initial Circulating Supply is set to 500,000,000 BXY - **10.00%** of the Total Supply.

The above chart illustrates the maximum possible issuance of BXY over the coming years, and the total supply will never exceed **5,000,000,000 BXY.**

The expected issuance of **BXY** is expected to be slightly lower than the unlock schedule. The **DePIN** and **Energy** Ecosystem fund allocations will not be issued until the **Bioxy** App is ready for a growth phase even if the tokens are unlocked. **BXY will be Unlocked 4% Every Quarter for 75 Months as per schedule.**
